Screenshots are strictly forbidden, please use the "download" function if digital image downloads are included as part of your gallery.

Any applicable watermarks will be removed for digital licence(s) and print orders.
The image(s) will be licensed on a non-exclusive, non-commercial royalty-free agreement for an indefinite period.
The copyright always remains with the original “creator” which is the person who took the photograph. “Josh White” will always hold original copyright for any image taken.
This is a non-exclusive licence, which gives you the right to use the image for non-commercial gain on personal social media pages and websites. You can print the photograph for personal reasons, providing this print is not for commercial use. 
Photographs must not be resold or sublicensed to any other person or business under any circumstances.
Businesses wanting to use the photograph for commercial reasons must obtain a separate commercial licence.
Licensed photographs may be cropped as required, but should not be re-touched or filtered.
Using images without a licence is a breach of copyright and will result in legal action, even if the watermark remains in place.

Returns and refunds are not accepted.

Faulty, incorrect, lost, or damaged products will be replaced free of charge.

You may notice some colour discrepencies with printed products. The print labs colour correct images to ensure they are suitable for the paper type being printed on, however the paper type will still impact colour hues and saturation.
